Mission Description

Join this digital workshop series that focuses on turning followers into advocates and volunteers.

When effectively managed, volunteers have the power to uniquely mobilise, advocate and amplify your reach. Explore how you can maximise your followers to be an extension of your cause by enhancing your skills in volunteer management. Make It Right Movement and Epic will be running a series of online workshops for NGOs, CSOs, CBOs who would like to leverage their fanbase/followers and turn them into volunteers and advocates of their causes.

This programme will take you through a series of knowledge and case studies sharing sessions on how to manage volunteers and provide a volunteer experience that enhances advocacy.

The participants will execute their learnings through actionable exercises in between the sessions.

Please note that there is a nonrefundable booking fee of RM10 for each seat. Each seat is valued at RM125 per session and is subsidized by UNICEF Malaysia.
There are 30 seats available in total.

Mission Impact

The participants will be given the tools to turn their fanbase/ followers into volunteers and advocates of their cause and will execute their learnings through actionable exercises in between the sessions.

The participating organisations will learn how to design a Volunteer Engagement through Public Campaigning, to create Social Media Campaigns and to design exhaustive volunteering experiences.
