We are looking for a group of volunteers who are in or around Petaling Jaya to help us set up Community Toy Recycling & Upcycling Hub The main aim is to enable the collection of preloved toys which will then be cleaned, sorted and packed for delivery to communities whose children do not currently have access to toys, play and learning. Participants will learn how to set up the Hub , create thematic toy boxes, create play settings for our studio as well as cataloging of toys
SOPs will strictly be followed during the interactive training sessions which will run for about 3 hours per day . Let's help save the earth by preventing toys ending in landfills by recycling , upcycling and reusing toys .Senior citizens, stay at home mums and anyone else who would like to see play in our children's lives are welcome to join . Those with engineering woodworking or repairing skills can help run Toy Doctor & Inventor Workshops !
