25 Dedicated Teachers to instil English Literacy among underprivileged kids

Teaming with MY Readers, HOPE worldwide Malaysia is looking for 25 dedicated volunteer teachers to embark a 6-month teaching journey for a group 35 children from the low-income families.

Below is the overview of this teaching journey:

1. Training by MY Readers

Volunteer teachers are required to attend a 4-hour intensive training provided by MY Readers facilitators on:

Date: 02 March 2019 (Saturday) 
Time: 1pm till 5pm
Venue: Centre of HOPE worldwide @Boulevard Sentul Raya (Level 4)
The teachers will be trained on:
- How to conduct pre & post-diagnostic with the students
- How to use the teaching modules
- Teaching techniques or steps to engage with the students

2. Pre-Diagnostic (Assessment) for 35 children

Date: 09 March 2019 (Saturday)
Time: 1pm till 3pm
Venue: Centre of HOPE worldwide @Boulevard Sentul Raya (Level 4)

3. Actual teaching starts from 23 March till 26 October (every 1st, 2nd & 4th Saturday), 3pm to 5pm
