Open House at The Collective

Help us set up the open house and clean up after its done. We need lots of hands to help us carry stuffs and talk to our neighbours!

We will begin set up after lunch at 1pm. The expected guests are up to 30 people coming at different times of the evening so you do not need to be present from 1pm til 7pm, just when required.

Setting up includes:

1. Set up our cute and fun labels that was at the gate previously - Will be using the fence in front of the plant cartridges
2. Setting up tables and benches
3. Preparing plates, cups etc
4. Preparing drinks and ice
5. Set up portable speakers and music
6. Chatting and hanging out with our neighbours - you may also bring them around The Collective for a tour and exhibition which will be led by Jasmine

After the party, cleaning up includes:

1. Keeping all tables and benches to where it was
2. Clean up food and drinks waste and other general waste
