Welcome to the Online Epic Homes Core Team Training!

At Epic Homes our trained volunteers and Core Team members are at the heart of building homes with marginalized communities. We imagine a world where we build our skills, character, and abilities not just for ourselves, but for the benefit of others. We want to create opportunities to bring people together to do just that by developing the Core Team Training Course.

We're on a mission to ensure all our core team members are aligned and updated with the latest training knowledge and standards that we teach today. We have foundational core modules that everyone must learn to ensure that all our core team members are aligned in their basic understanding with Epic Homes.

Last year, we ran our course every quarter and now we are making the Core Team Training Course even more accessible by running an online version of the core modules. This way, they are able to update their information at their own pace and place. We hope this will make it easier for everyone to be updated.

So get ready to level up in your journey with Epic and refresh yourselves on what it takes to become either a Specialist or an Experience Coordinator.  Each playing a key role in the Epic Homes journey, this training course is designed to equip you with the mindset, skills, and attitude required to succeed in these roles.

OPENING DATE *
Opening is the date when the module contents are released and available to study, they are left open for the remainder of the Course.

GROUP R & R DATE **
Group Review and Reflection is the date when all the participants, trainers and facilitators come together to discuss the contents of the module after a week of interacting and studying. This is compulsory to attend.

Dates: 27th May 2020 - 1st July2020

Location: Online! We will be using OpenLearning as our platform.
