The overall campaign process can be broadly divided into 3 stages:
1. Campaign Review Stage
The campaign process starts when a user creates a campaign and submits it for our review. We will require 1 to 3 working days to review the campaign draft. As part of our review process, we will conduct verification with the organiser and the beneficiaries by way of calls. The organiser must also fill our campaign verification form here. Once we complete the review process, we will inform the organiser about the status whether it is approved or rejected, by way of email.
2. Campaign Period Stage
After our approval, the campaign can begin collecting donations until the campaign completion.
3. Post Campaign Completion/ Disbursement Stage
After the campaign ends, we will email the organiser to seek confirmation on the final details for disbursement such as disbursement amount and bank account details. Once we receive the confirmation, we will process the payment and notify the orgainser once the fund has been successfully disbursed.
