All refund will be processed by Sedunia if the request is submitted 7 days before Mission Day. Refund requested after the cut off date will be directed to mission organizers, complying to the mission organizer's refund policy.
A Mission organizer can make a refund request from Sedunia on behalf of the participant. Kindly email your request to [email protected] with the following details,
If payment is performed through either of the option,
Credit Card Payment | Participant will receive a 100% refund of your transaction. |
FPX Channel (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, etc.) | YParticipant will receive the full amount of ticket price. Payment Processing Fee & Service Fee imposed during ticket purchasing will not be refunded. |
