Y-Connect is a social enterprise grounded in the idea that young people, aged 13-25 years old, benefit from opportunities in a safe and conducive platform to follow their interests with the support of peers and coaches who give them the support, time and teamwork platform to create, showcase and market products, artwork and music that is meaningful to them.
We aim at closing the career and personal development opportunity gap and transforms how young people experience learning, thinking skills, public communication abilities and the career paths they can take to success though industry attachment and training. We focus on identifying integrated goals across the individual, team and corporately to achieve long term economic and non-economical capabilities in an accepting and assuring environment.
