Care Ipoh is a non-profit volunteer group set up at end of March 2020, with a single purpose - to help the needy and the poor, the hungry and the forgotten in Ipoh. We have helped more than 210 families so far, and will pass 300 by the end of the week.
Each grocery pack is worth RM120. While we have received substantial in-kind donations of rice, flour, sardines, tuna, sugar, and soy milk from the Kuok Foundation, we also top up each pack with eggs, oil, salt, mee hoon, Milo (for children) coffee/tea, condensed milk, crackers, chilli powder (for some families), and instant noodles (curry and chicken soup), For that we use funding from private donors. We ask you to help generously, to help us to help them.
